At the end of 2005, Circuit Foil introduced in its organization the Six Sigma methodology and its Visual Six Sigma components.

Considering the excellent results obtained in the different categories below :

• productivity increase
• increase in customer satisfaction
• well-defined and efficient process
• definition and measurement of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
• improvement of the accuracy and reliability of the measurement system
• decrease in rework and defects
• shorter cycle times
• inventory reduction
• elimination of waste.

Circuit Foil decided in November 2006 to implement the Design for Six Sigma also called Robust Design for the development of new products or equipments.

Presently Circuit Foil has a total of 3 Black Belts and
22 Green Belts.

Circuit Foil worldwide is involved in Six Sigma projects.
