Circuit Foil SA is incorporated as a Luxembourg-based company with the major shareholders being Circuit Foil Corporation Bordentown Inc. (which becomes Yates Industries Inc. afterwards), Charles B. Yates and Graig W. Yates.

Circuit Foil Asia Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited is incorporated on March 15 as the extension of the comprehensive network to ensure global availability of Circuit Foil’s products.

Start-up of a Service Center in China : Circuit Foil Asia Pacific (Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone) Ltd.
2004
Expansion of Circuit Foil Asia Pacific (Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone) Ltd in China, with additional slitting and sheeting capacity to better serve Asian customers.

Circuit Foil Luxembourg becomes a subsidiary of Doosan Group and positions itself as a leader for high added value copper foils.

Circuit Foil’s shareholder Doosan splits its group into several entities. Circuit Foil is integrated in the Doosan Solus Group

Doosan Solus is sold to the Korean company SkyLake Investment and becomes Solus Advanced Materials
